HealthCare Support Portal facilitates better communication with our office by providing convenient 24 / 7 access from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.
Belmont Medical Associates now offers some of its patients easy access to their medical information online. Patients can view their personal health record wherever and whenever they have access to the internet.
They can also receive periodic updates and reminders from their physicians to their personal email address.
When this becomes fully operational, using your secure portal, you will be able to:

- View your Personal Health Records (currently active)
- Review your lab results and statements (currently active)
- Request authorization for referrals to a specialist (currently active)
- Request appointments
- Request a prescription refill from pre-populated list of currently refillable prescriptions (currently active)
- Manage your personal information
Patients are given a user name and password when they complete the patient information form when in the office. Remember: This password is only valid for 48 hours, so please login within this period. If this information has been lost or more than 48 hours have passed since being given your password, then please call the office and speak with my secretary and this will be re-issued. If you have any problems using the patient portal you can always email.
